I am a writer, editor, social media coordinator, and international relations specialist.

I am currently the YouTube coordinator for BET Digital where I assist in the optimization and management of all digital video content, create and utilize strategies for the goals of the brand, as well as introducing new strategies to increase brand awareness, audience development and engagement. As a content curator and creator at BET,  I previously wrote and edited under the style vertical at BET Digital writing fashion, beauty and lifestyle articles. In particular, I loved writing about the intersection between politics, style, and culture for op-eds and daily news stories.

 I am currently completing my graduate degree in international relations and political theory. In my research, I focus particularly on the black experience in environmental and gender politics as well as in international conflict resolution and peacekeeping.
